Sarah A. Gura, M.A.
Sarah A. Gura is a Licensed Clinical
Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois.
She attended Lewis University, and earned her
Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees.
She has trained and worked in private practice
group settings, higher education institutions, social
service agencies, the Department of Corrections, and a
comprehensive residential treatment facility.
Sarah works with adult individuals, and
couples in relationships regarding general counseling issues
and mental health concerns.
She has experience working with people who are
struggling with depression, anxiety, sexual issues, and
trauma histories –especially those issues related to
childhood, and personal relationships.
Group counseling and
group therapy is also available.
Sarah is knowledgeable, and you will experience her as
attentive to your needs, and as someone who can really
help. She conveys warmth and professional care with your
most sensitive issues. Her encouragements and emotional
